Refunds and cancellation

Last updated 3 October 2026

You can cancel Pro at any time. Pro is sold through Link, a payment service run by Stripe, which takes the payment and handles refunds as the seller.

Cancelling

Cancel from Manage subscription on your Account page, at link.com, or by emailing [email protected]. Pro stays active until the end of the month you have paid for, and no further payments are taken (in the first 14 days after your first payment, see below). Nothing is deleted when you cancel; your saved setups and portfolios stay, within the free plan's limits.

If you cancel during the 7-day free trial, nothing is ever charged and Pro stays on until the trial ends.

Cancelling in the first 14 days

If you cancel within 14 days of your first Pro payment (taken when the free trial ends), we automatically refund the days you haven't used, and Pro ends straight away. You don't need to ask. For example, cancelling 5 days into a 30-day month refunds 25/30 of that payment, including the tax on it. Deleting your account in that time counts as cancelling.

The refund goes back to the card you paid with; banks usually show it within 5–10 days. This covers the first payment only, not later monthly renewals. It applies wherever you live, and it meets the 14-day cancellation right UK and EU consumers have for online services.

Refunds

Apart from that, a month that has started isn't refunded, except where the law requires it. Your statutory rights are not affected, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if the service is faulty. Link may also refund a payment within 60 days in some cases, under its own policy.

How to ask

The 14-day refund is automatic: just cancel. If it hasn't reached your card after 10 days, email [email protected]. When a payment is refunded, Pro ends at once. For anything else, use the link in your Link receipt or contact Link support at support.link.com.
